Joyce Disco
Joyce is a highly experienced Board search professional with more than 25 years' experience with some of the world's leading executive search firms.
She brings deep non-executive search experience across a broad range of sectors including Consumer, Industry, Technology, Services, Infrastructure and Financial Services. Clients included both listed and private companies, ranging from FTSE 100 to AIM listed businesses, as well as family owned, regulated, mutuals and public sector organisations.
Before joining Non-executive Directorships Consulting, Joyce worked for the Board Practices of Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart and Norman Broadbent. Previously, she worked for AT Kearney and started her career at Korn Ferry.
Based in London, Joyce is a Dutch national, who is multi-lingual and with experience of working in multi-cultural environments. She has lived and worked in the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil and Greece.
She has a M.Sc, in Business Administration from the Erasmus Universiteit / Rotterdam School of Management.
